Our CARE/HR team conducts market analysis reviews to ensure that our total compensation is competitive for similar positions at similar companies. POET also believes total rewards goes beyond just base pay and we also offer bonus programs and quarterly profit sharing to ensure a competitive total compensation. Beyond compensation, our wellness program, benefits offerings, growth and development opportunities, etc. round out our total rewards package at POET. Best environment I have ever worked in, you can tell that Poet cares about its employees, I enjoyed going to work.

Cons

You need to be able to pick up on things quickly, the job involves a lot of going with the flow and figuring things out.
