Pros
- Amazing, prestigious client list - Seattle office is gorgeous - Interdisciplinary collabs encouraged: tech/dev, UX, strategy and creative make magic together. - Second office in Costa Rica, love them!
Cons
- Creative run by PMs, new CCO is working to change this - Bread and butter client work isn't super interesting. Seems the same teams are always tapped to do new work or special projects . - Not so much diversity in leadership.
