Lack of growth, if you want to move up for a promotion chances are slim, time-study snow caps you earnings meaning the faster you work the more money you get however the highest you can make is $11.92. If it is snow and there's no job sites open it hurts your pay and possibly you vaction (have to give up vaction time in order to get paid for the day or days snowed in from working)
