Pros

Have nailed the flexible and fully-remote culture. Teams are really fluid with their communication, it's never too much trouble to answer a question and the founders are some of the most down-to-earth people you can meet. Really supportive environment - have budgets for everything you need (home-office / l&d / wellness). Work/life balance is great, never trying to encroach on people's personal time or "enforce fun" and always trying to innovate! Working alongside a team of very smart people here! Excited to see where the journey goes!

Cons

None so far - looking forward to the office opening and meeting people F2F

Pros

There are many pros to working at PPC Protect. To name a few: Everybody is friendly! I haven't been at PPC Protect for very long but I am yet to have a bad experience. It is a supportive & friendly environment. I am an SDR and had little to no experience in sales before this job. I have been provided constant support, tips & advice from my other sales team members. I have also been provided loads of training as well which has benefited me enormously. As an SDR you also are given a budgets to furnish your home office, to take any courses that will help develop your skill and a wellness budget to look after yourself. Overall my experience working here has been great :)

Cons

Overall I cannot think of any cons.

Pros

- Culture/People are great, collaborative and communicate really well, especially for a hybrid / remote mix company - Perks are brilliant - flexi start times make my life so much easier, plus the budgets galore. Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice scheme is amazing as well... wish I could drive :( - Transparent communication from leadership about company goals and everyone's contribution to it is great. Makes you feel a real part of the journey.

Cons

- Private Healthcare option would be a real icing on the cake - More social things would be great, but hard to do given the current climate.
