Pros

Worked with Customer Service Department and they are very hostile environment not helpful and not willing to work as a tean and no room for advancement. Manager knows about the cituation and not willing to do something about the Department lets it get away about the gossip, bullying and abuse of the department. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL! !!!!!! Not worth wasting your time working there. They need to change the management.

Cons

Employees in Customer Service Department are not willing to work as team work. Very hostile environment they don't want you to advance.

Pros

- Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

Cons

- Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
