      Pros

      Great benefits and comp package is there with the Industry standard. Well-formulated coatings that compete well within the marketplace.

      Cons

      Middle-management rules with an "iron fist." Old school 80's management-style where the bosses come down on sales force practically every week. Sales individuals are threatened repeated about losing his/ her job.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
