      Pros

      Coworkers are great and can be like family if you get along well enough. Heat breaks in the summer can get so long that you're only working for half the day. A lot of opportunities to leave early if you stay long enough to gain some seniority. If you can tune out the higher ups, it's a pretty easy, simple and straightforward job with decent pay for what it is.

      Cons

      Management is a bit useless and lack direction and communication so things can get chaotic and confusing and line workers get the blame

      Very good work environment and your manager will give you a lot of support

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
