Cons
-they insist on keeping the minimum number of staff members at every store, so you will always feel like you are doing the work of three people, because you are, and getting paid minimum wage -they will tease you with promises of advancement which will never happen. the manager who actually works with you in the store has little to no say in your company advancement, that decision is made by a higher-up who will visit your store a handful of times per year, and so they will have no idea of how hard you work or what you can offer. -terrible company culture, managers all gossip about each other, also won't have your back when you're being harassed by customers, which happens pretty often because no matter how awful contractors treat us we'll still keep selling them paint.
