Pros
Easy job to do. Short shifts (4-5 hr shifts) Pretty decent hours of operation. Good for students and young kids.
Cons
Not enough employees…ever.. Always understaffed. Not strict on policy’s. Low retention. Classic corporate upper mgmt trying to micromanage from a far. Under appreciated staff. Full-time is basically part-time. Full time = 20 hours/wk. Part time = 8-10 hours/wk
