Pros

Mission-driven work: Contribute to a globally respected organisation advancing responsible investment and sustainability. Collaborative, inclusive culture: Work with diverse, values-aligned colleagues in a supportive and flexible environment.

Cons

Fast-paced change, frequent strategic shifts and restructuring can create uncertainty or role ambiguity, but also offer opportunities to shape ideas, adapt, and grow with the organisation As a non-profit, budgets and systems may not match those of larger private-sector employers, but this often brings out the best in people, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose

Pros

I was a Work-Study student working part-time at PRI during the last semester. Everyone there was really nice and helpful, even if I made a mistake or two. They went out of their way to be friendly and to help me learn how to do my job. Also, I learned many things about fossils that I hadn't known before!

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

None that I'm aware of.

Cons

Utterly toxic work environment. Extremely political. Hopelessly arrogant management, completely out of touch. Poor employee morale results in a revolving door of staffers with very short average tenure.
