Pride is the most inclusive company I have ever worked for or worked with. Everybody has a voice and ongoing opportunity to get involved in the company culture and overall company direction. No matter your background, experience, or any other personal or life factors, you are treated as an equal to not only your peers, but to all levels within the organization. Sr. Leadership really leads from the top down, and leads by doing and not just saying what to do. It really is a family here in so many ways, and a place that I am proud to call home now, and for many, many years to come.
Cons
Like any organization that is growing, we too experience growing pains from time to time and having to navigate thru new challenges and obstacles to overcome. While the answer may not always be apparent right away, through creativity, collaboration and team work we have been able to solve for just about everything, allowing us to continually grow and evolve as an organization as a result.
