Pros
- Store pantry always stocked, which is the only good part of working as a store employee. - Semi funny and entertaining co workers.
Cons
- Upper management will get to know you and seem chummy at first but then they’re just whistle blowers when something happens. - Nonexistent work life balance, either too much life or too much work. Always hiring new staff that disables us part timers to have days to work even if we are fully available, then talking bad about new staff for being incompetent. - Please advise your upper management to be more mature and cautious. I don’t think spreading rumours and talking bad about former employees is the way to go. - Horrendous logistics management. If customers are unhappy we are thrown into hell to solve it because half the time upper management is MIA to help. - Pay can delay for weeks. Don’t rely on this for your main source of income as apparently HR can also be MIA without notice to the lower management or to employees. - No clue how this company even has such good reviews because all in all there are so many management issues, logistics callbacks, pushing back of stocks. - Horrible pay with a horrible commission incentive that has guidelines before you even can withdraw it.
