The company has excellent and transparent management. You can be proud that you are working with this people and in this company. You can be also proud with the culture and level of client's relations build here. An open communication culture — you can always share what you like, don’t like, or suggest. Maybe not all of them will be implemented but you will be always heard. There’s a strong spirit of innovation, ambition, and drive, and all ideas are welcomed and discussed. Many colleagues have been here for over 5, 10, or even more years. I’ve worked here for 7 years myself. Cons
Compensation is generally fair, with transparent bonuses tied to results, but the overall salary level could be a bit higher. The company still has the spirit of a fast-growing startup — high energy, quick decisions, constant change — which might not suit everyone. Personally, I anyway prefer that over a slow, bureaucratic, rusty corporate machine with outdated values.
