Responsibilities Being responsible for reviewing and presenting the report to the direct manager. Taking care of the telesales sales team and IM Sales (Sales Online) of at least 8-15 people to reach the company target. Being part of the team on strategy setting, implementing and executing the alignment with company business objective, following up and maintaining the target set to be on track. Coaching and teaching team members to achieve team goals. Assisting in the recruitment and expected to manage a sales team of more than 120+ sales in 2023.

Pros

My job duties were very clear. Not much interference from management as long as we got the job done. A good company to work for if you work in management recruitment.

Cons

I had to visit the office several times to get my last paycheck. Management didn't seek or listen to feedback. They also didn't notice how a new manager altered stats to support the case for employing an unproductive, less qualified new hire. Low morale among employees who recruited for entry-level and other jobs that paid low commissions.

The Original team was great. It felt like family.

Cons

Lots of turnover. People quitting or leaving within the first 3 months.
