Great learning experience. You will learn a significant amount while working at BDP.

Leadership has drastically declined over the past 10 years. No transparency or communication takes place. Benefits are expensive and below average. Salaries are drastically lower than other companies in the market. Employees are not taken seriously until they put in their two week notice. Upon your two week notice you will then be compensated in a fair manner. BDP has gone from a family / team like environment to being a place where employees feel like a statistic.
