      1. Great Team and Leadership. 2. Good benefits especially the occasional bonuses to offset daily costs 3. Good perks for junior staff and frontline workers

      Cons

      1. Inflexible work place but thanks to COVID we have evolved! 2. Majority of the workforce are old timers thus change management would be a challenge. (But good opportunity!)
