Pros
Good pay, good for moving around to different positions if you want to change it up every few years. Engineering population is young and people are good to work with.
Cons
Location is far from desirable living places (cherry hill, nj). No opportunities for year round 10hr or 9hr work schedule. No opportunities for engineers to work from home occasionally. Engineering turnover is pretty high.
