Not challenging, very transactional organization (mostly mindless work) No real strategy involved, strategic plans are based on low bidders Constant changing requirements by management for simple tasks (example paper backup for everything, requirements for what is required in these backups change with little or no direction) Extreme micro-managing (metrics to track metrics)cuts time into your day (literally several Excel sheets to track your status every day...a joke) Company brings back poor performers and put them in different areas Not a place to learn any sort of analytics, which is a must for all analysts...so be aware (most people don't know how to use Excel or know macros)
