Lots of work and different ways to get involved. A great company to work for to garner experience in the electric utility industry. If you are a young professional the experience is amazing.
Cons
Sometimes upward mobility may be slow unless you ask for it, takes 6 years to go from an associate to staff level. Sometimes quicker to get a promotion by moving on.
