I am reminded this time each year of how fortunate I am to work for a firm that values its team members, creates a positive work - home- life balanced environment and promotes a culture of giving back to the community! In addition to financial donations to different organizations throughout the year, PSK supports local charities with donations and personnel for a day of service each year. I appreciate that the Partners have a mindset of sharing the wealth, not only in the community, but by also treating team members to financial perks and fun events throughout the year!

Because team members are allowed to work at their own pace to make deadlines, and complete work without being micromanaged, I suspect there are occasions where this might be taken advantage of. I'm not sure that's a con but just the reality that there is always someone who will push the envelope. PSK sets the bar high when hiring, making these situations rare, and I appreciate that!
