      Pros

      Strong products; Can do attitude; great place to learn software, learn sales skills, good colleagues. Can be extremely well paid if you succeed in sales.

      Cons

      Unstable management offering unstable jobs. Dominated by USA, all decisions in USA, American management do not understand Europe. Hire and Fire in sales. No career path for older staff.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
