Pros
Paychecks came on time, benefit options were pretty fair. When I was diagnosed with cancer, they worked hard to make sure I was covered and when I wasn't able to do my job, they offered a generous severance package.
Cons
The company that I had been working for was bought by PTC. We were promised that no one would be fired, which lasted about 6 months, wherein many of the very valuable people from my old company were let go. Working conditions and morale tanked.
