Cons
1. The biggest downside of working at PTC (Cloud Services and Technical Support departments at Gurgaon centre specifically) is NEPOTISM. Employees who got in during the Servigistivs (now PTC) days conducted interviews like scams (yes, no typo). Many deserving candidates who would give the finally-hired candidates a run for their money were REJECTED because the finally-hired candidate was someone's someone. 2. A member of the senior leadership team (Gurgaon Solution Centre) treats employees badly, specifically those working in non-tech roles but also not leaving any stone unturned for the ones working in tech roles.
