      Work Life balance. Trainings on their products. Flexible working timings.

      Cons

      Worst HR Department ever, they don't even clarify the basic things on new joiner's first day like salary credited date, manager, timesheet, insurance, etc. nothing at all. If you ask them they directly telling us "it's not comes under us and all", everyone knows HR is the back of the company, but PTC's HR are worst than anything
