Pros
Working with forma service personnel same mind set. Being able to complet a task and having a good feeling that every thing is safe.
Cons
The Management will not listen to the the lads on the ground, Cutting corners, same money in sub standard kit. Not keeping the employers in the loop about what is going on in the company letting the roomier control get out of hand.
