Don't be fooled by the half decent pay. They will get it back in other ways, either through lay offs or hour cuts. Very poorly managed company.

- You get to exercise a ton of problem solving and critical thinking skills - You can work your way into the industry from almost any previous employment background - Good pay and benefits - Lots of independence to manage your own time and workload

- The workload is subject to pretty significant ebbs and flows depending on the time of year, and temporary layoffs are possible - Unless you have a designated territory that you work in you can be asked to travel quite far to complete tickets - Incentive (over and above your base pay) is very challenging to earn unless you have a designated territory or the right projects assigned to you
