      Pros

      Friendly, ok package, half day Friday, half day Friday and err half day Friday. Also on a Friday you have to work the morning only

      Cons

      Hand held constantly by top management who are stuck somewhere between 1990 and 2001. Very old school and run like a little family business but a family where no one actually can make a decision

      Not sure. Will probably help if you're same religion as they are.

      Cons

      Family business. Over involvement in every aspect. Will tell you one thing but then when done ask why you did it. Not very professional.
