Pros

Pay check always on time. Still have a job. Will be in business for a long time because they are thrifty and people are willing to work for a lot less.

Cons

Loss of pension, adequate health insurance, safety awards, vacation time, educational reimbursement, employee appreciation events, cost of living raises just begins to explain the last 5 years under Warren Buffet's rule. Layoffs for employees with 20 plus years of service to make room for younger cheaper employees. Nepotisism is rampant allowing the management ranks to fill with unqualified leaders. This has gone from a productive profitable company when owned by Scottish Power to a miserable salt mine under Warren Buffet. It is nice that he gives so much to charity because his own employees are going to need it when he is through with them.

Pros

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

Cons

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
