Good local management. Solid 401k matching. Great EoY bonus. Challenging work provides great learning opportunities.
Cons
Annual merit raises are always below rate of inflation (even before COVID). No spot raises for non-Union employees during great resignation era and employee-empowered labor market. Young talent enters the company, gets experience, and LEAVES for better compensation and/or work life balance. Job hopping is only becoming more common with each generation as we try to keep up with or beat inflation.
