They leave you to do your job. No micromanaging. Good with leave. CEO and GM are soft spoken and genteel.

BM’s are “encouraged” by middle management to use certain contractors who give kickbacks upstairs. Blogix reporting system is a nightmare. It is poorly designed and difficult to use. Management does not enforce it as they know it’s bad. It’s only when you ask for a raise that they start using it as a tool to push back. Despite getting the company extra business I was denied a raise based on my inability to use a badly designed Blogix system. After hours calls are routed to you and you are expected to pick up calls any time. Employees spread thin on the ground across multiple sites.
