Job security---Only because builder is very slow and unorganized and will likely be in the same project another 100 years

If I can rate this company zero stars, I will. This is the most inefficiently run organization I know. The execs have no clue what they're doing and act so confused that they sway every way the wind blows. They act like sleeping tigers and just can't get the ball rolling on anything. The high level of ineffectiveness and ridiculousness in this place is laughable and feels like a story out of a comic book. Most times, there are no inventory because they're hesitant to release any phases which means you don't get paid for almost a year. If you're a lazy person that just enjoys staring at the computer screen and responding to lame emails, this is the company for you. But if you're a driven individual that's a go-getter, you need to run! This company has absolutely nothing to offer and I'm really surprised they're still in business in-spite of their acute inadequacy in running the organization.
