Good atmosphere, and work/life balance for editors. Intellectually engaging and good coworkers who are relatively laid back but serious about the work.
Cons
Lack of strong management presence to nurture employees and manage relationships between colleagues. Lack of strong oversight can be a good thing some of the time, but difficult when problems arise.
