Pacific Living Properties has shown such respect to their employees while challenging them and avoiding overwhelming them at the same time. I live in the South Bay of San Diego and commute to the corporate offices in La Jolla, which is a longer commute than I prefer. However, they have been very accommodating and understanding of the traffic that hinders my commute at times.
