None to think of....Short staffed, but to no fault of the company. It's just how the economy is right now.

The working environment here is very friendly and helpful. Someone is always there to answer a question or provide assistance with a task. There is a strong feeling that Pacific Living Properties is able to thrive as a team because of all individuals that make up that team. The work is engaging and keeps you excited to be a part of. Pacific Living Properties has shown such respect to their employees while challenging them and avoiding overwhelming them at the same time. I live in the South Bay of San Diego and commute to the corporate offices in La Jolla, which is a longer commute than I prefer. However, they have been very accommodating and understanding of the traffic that hinders my commute at times.
