Pros
I think the people you work with really make or break a job, and I honestly can't say enough positive things about my co-workers here. Really talented and down to earth people! There's lots of comradery and fun. The projects are really varied. I've been able to work on some really cool projects and travel to great locations. Like any job there's the occasional boring or difficult task, but overall I've really enjoyed the work and projects. And, more importantly, it's challenging work. Because the work is so diverse, I'm always stretching my skills in different ways and feel like I grow a lot with each project. Other pros are really nice benefits. Health insurance covered 100%. Lots of time off. Also, I like that it's a small company with offices. We have some shared work spaces but no cubes! Most projects are really collaborative which is nice too.
Cons
No major cons for me. There's minor frustrations that come with any job, but nothing major that couldn't be worked through. Sometimes there's a surge in travel that can make work/life balance tricky, but it's usually to interesting places which helps. No deal breakers for me.
