Trying to build the best workplace, but making mistakes - CEO-Founder Pack Employee Review

Although it’s only my third week working at Pack, the onboarding process has been very well structured. I’ve already learned a lot in a short period of time, and the team has been very supportive and collaborative.

The workload can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is common in a fast-paced startup environment. However, the supportive and collaborative team helps make it manageable.

Every task I was asked to do was previously explained by someone from the Operations Team. There was an opportunity to clear any doubts about the tasks simply by talking to one of the team. I worked remotely, however, I felt engaged and motivated in every project and involved with different clients. After each job, I received feedback on what I had done and what I could have done better.

Coordinating with the team across different schedules sometimes caused delays.
