Unprofessional - Packer Packaging & Pads-R-Us Employee Review

Most of my co-workers where nice to work with. Doug the production manager was very knowledgeable. The quality and safety manager Todd was very supportive to us.

Pay was extremely low and increases were rare and small. Extreme heat in the building during summer. Office staff consistently sent out incorrect paper work to the floor. Such as labels.

Day shift only. I have to have 5 words minimum, but that is literally the only pro.

Severely understaffed. Physically demanding job with low pay. Management celebrates getting big contracts but employees just see more work. Contracts get bigger, meanwhile bonuses get smaller, work force gets smaller, but the management's cars get nicer. New employees rarely come back for a second day of work.
