No one really cares about their work or the process. Everyone is just there to make money essentially because it’s the highest paying in the area. This breeds ALOT of complacency and negativity throughout the entire company. I’ve also never felt more like “just a number” to an employer than I have working here. My department supervisor(the same one who I’ve had for 5 years now) still doesn’t know nor cares to remember my name. The work schedule is also 12 hour swing shifts. 5am > 5pm one week, 5pm > 5am the next week. … yes, it sucks. yes, it’s bad for your health on both a physical and mental level.
