      Pros

      There are truly no good things about working there.

      Cons

      They expect you to work extremely long hours in a very hot and very stressful environment. They DO NOT care about their employees. MOST Managers are very incompetent. If you have an issue don’t go to HR because the entire front office will know your business.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
