The owner is a nasty person. He bullies and walks all over people. Sexist too. This is the leader of the company and he sets the tone for how the rest of the management treat others.

Good money if you get on with the managers.

Very long hours. There buses are battered. Chaotic system no communication between departments. Drivers and office staff bear the brunt of the mess ups. Alot of big egos at war.
