12yAs a Best Managed Company, Paladin listens closely to our people. Not only do we hold regularly scheduled site meetings, Site Supervisor meetings and management meetings, but we also conduct extensive employee surveys at least once a year through the ‘Paladin Report Card’ - which solicits advice and suggestions from our staff on how we can improve the delivery of our services - both internal services, such as administering our benefits plan, and external services, such as providing security to a site.
We are a company that believes in constant and never-ending improvement and the motivation for change comes from both our clients and our people. This is the foundation upon which Paladin was built and one of the reasons why our company has grown so fast.
Paladin Security also leads the security industry in reward, recognition and incentive programs for our people with branch Performer of the Month Awards, daily Field Manager's Choice Awards and weekly Client Service Manager Choice Awards to recognize and thank our people for doing such wonderful work.
