      Pros

      Good trainings of start in security. Also fairly flexible if that's what one is looking for. Provide rides to places the bus won't go.

      Cons

      Pretend to hire employees full time , and cut you back to causal with no warning. Not enough raises. Not much room to advance

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
