The pay is unfair and clearly based on whoever cries the loudest or in the Directors good books. The Directors lie and treat people like absolute garbage. Ask anyone in Marrickville. It is a classic bullying culture at the top, so stay away from them as much as you can. If you like professionalism, don't work here.
