      PBT’s attention to detail in their training process is very helpful, and set me up for success. The atmosphere of all stores I went to was very positive and uplifting.

      Flexible schedule. No weekends. Free tanning.

      Cons

      No support from management. Palm Beach Tan's goal is SELL - SELL - SELL. It's all about memberships, packages and products. Don't kid yourself. If you don't meet Palm Beach Tan's definition of sales - they will let you go. Company full of cowards, D- executive ratings and a TON of really unhappy customers. Look them up for yourself.
