I’ve consistently felt that my contributions matter, and I’m proud to be part of a company that values its employees as much as it values its success.

No cons to share—Palms has been an excellent place to work.

Why does recruitment happen all year round? One reason is that they hired sub-par employees. If you’re good at brown-nosing, you might get by. In danger, Authoritarian management, Cheating, Internal favoritism, Verbal intimidation, Dramatic ......TOXIC work environment, very minimal work/life balance. Inexperienced leader don't know how to creating a positive environment and build a positive team up. I couldn't sleep at night being one of them who plays with someone's employment and livelihood. So stay as far away from these unqualified employees as you can if you would like to work with professional. It won’t improve as long as they continue to hire employees who lack the necessary experience and learning. They lost all commitment employees and attracted likely mediocre, but compliant employees. Hideous nightmare work experience.
