If i have an option for zero rating I would have given that.. It's a WordPress company. They are not used to any other technologies. There are only a few employees in the organization. They will show you exaggerated visions and a fake employee count during the interview period. Two co-founders do everything. They interfere every minute in finance, HR, coding, testing, managing, sales and even sweeping and mopping the place for day today work. Micromanaging at the level best. It's a one-man show. No new ideas or strategies from employees are not welcomed here. They do not have any concerns about employees and not even clients. For girls it's the worst place to work. I have seen the women employees go through harsh experiences here and make them resign without giving past months salaries .

Company is run a by bunch of buffoons who think labor is free.

They claim it is a company run by IIM grads reality is far from it. No matter what you get hired as you will be cold calling. They project as a tech company but have no clue about software development process. Although they promise a salary at the time of on boarding there is no pay, will force you to sign a 1 year contract 2 weeks in. They expect you to bring your own laptop phones for cold calling. SELF PAID INTERNET SERVICE IS EXPECTED. There is no wlb they expect you to work 9AM-9PM with out pay. There are no washrooms.
