      Pros

      One of the few remaining locally printed community newspapers

      Cons

      Diversity, communication and creativity are seriously lacking here. Turnover is high, pay is extremely low, and work/life balance is nonexistent. Middle management means well, but they just don’t have the resources they need.

      They really are the best. Everyone is super friendly and very easy to get a long with.

      Honestly, not much. I would say the location isn't great unless you have a car?
