Starting pay is above minimum wage. Raises occure across the board for all employees @ the same time based on a very specific percentage (Like, an email will go out saying all employees are receiving a 3% raise). It is always very clear & above board.
Cons
NEVER get to work over 20 hours a week. NEVER. Most you'll realistically get is 16 hours a week.
