Most aspects of the job are average

Coworkers are difficult, management is out of touch, silly expectations,

There are no pros, none. Coworkers are super unfriendly and genuinely don’t care at all.

Where do I begin, The company hides under the word FAMILY they don’t make you feel like you are valued and important to get to stay, it's very similar to mental abuse, pay is very very low and not guaranteed, you can never depend on the team. Upper management only cares about money. They treat everyone like there are DUMB.
