Pros
1. It is great for learning Japanese business manner, the way how they work - report, contact, discussion(called hourensou in Japanese) 2. Stable career in big JP company 3. Great employee welfare/benefits for covering your lunch, commuting costs, 50% of your accommodation.
Cons
1. Traditional, and typical JP management style --- which is quite hard to express your own opinions, hierarchical administration, and long working hours. 2. Better great at Japanese, because of bad English education hinders JP's Eng oracy. 3. it takes long~long time to make a change.
